Charlotte Kruse Dewaele is a jewelry and accessories designer based in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology, where she majored in Medical Illustration and honed her skills in jewelry bench work and fabric manipulation.  Moving to Los Angeles, she then went on to earn a degree in Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.

Upon relocating to California to attend FIDM, she found her way to the jewelry industry and was hooked.  Over the past 20 years, she's designed, developed and produced jewelry in-house for brands such as AREYOUAMI, Ariel Gordon Jewelry, Vrai, Diamond Foundry and MICHAEL M.   She has now gone on to found CKD Design Studio to combine her creativity, market expertise and industry experience to help brands expand their fine jewelry collections, grow into new categories and bring their visions to life through product design!
